Other Products

Two main products we offer are Sichuan Pepper and Bamboo Shoots. Sichuan Pepper and Japanese Pepper are sourced from the highlands of Sichuan, China. They are known for their vibrant color and numbing spicy taste and smell. At our factory, we sort and remove seeds and impurities very carefully with human eyes. Our Bamboo Shoots are sourced from contracted farmers in Yingde City, Guangdong, China.

In addition to these two, we also have green chili pepper, leaf pepper, and pickled garlic.
